Extreme Weather Event

It snowed in London a few weeks ago. It was classified as an "extreme weather event". And it WAS. Inches of snow accumulated, perhaps as many as six! This photo attests to the severity - days after the event, and snow was STILL ON THE GROUND. I don't know how people are expected to live in these conditions, honestly.
